I’m Nicole a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist. My aim is to empower my clients, inspiring belief in themselves and helping them to tap into their strength and inner resources.

Prior to becoming a Hypnotherapist I worked for over twelve years as a Management Consultant. As my career evolved I begun to seek greater purpose and went on to work as a Director for an international charity.

I have always had an interest in psychology and how the mind works but this was heightened when I started meditating. I couldn’t believe the positive effect this had across many aspects of my life. I could sleep better, be more focused and the things that used to stress or worry me stopped affecting me. I felt so much more in control of my thoughts and my life.

Through meditation, I wanted to find out how hypnosis might further build on the meditation practice. In my mind I likened hypnosis to meditation but on steroids! I started reading about hypnosis and before I knew it was enrolled on a course.

It was something I did for self-development and to better understand of the working of my own mind. It was life changing, so much so and I later qualified in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy and set up my own practice to help others.

I feel very lucky to now do something that I love and that has such a positive influence on people’s lives. It’s the most rewarding job to help people achieve the results they want and to see them happy and their most empowered self.
