ABOUT ME
I’m Nicole a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist. My aim is to empower my clients, inspiring belief in themselves, their ability to change and helping them to tap into their strength and inner resources. Having previously worked in a highly pressurised and competitive environment I know first hand the effect that stress can have on our lives and more importantly the techniques that work to counteract the he effects of stress.
